History

W.F. Anderson, LLC is a site construction and landscape company based at 4 Old Mill Plain Road in Danbury, CT. Established in 1986 primarily as a landscape maintenance contractor, W.F. Anderson, LLC began utility excavation with a Kubota Tractor and a Case Trencher in 1987 and has grown to a full service site construction and landscape contractor.

We are proud of the work completed and of our long term ties to the community. Our customers have relied on us for ten, fifteen, and twenty plus years, finding us to be reliable, offering competitive prices, hard working with dedication and accuracy. We are grateful to their commitment and always strive to exceed their expectations. We have gainfully employed men and women through the past 25 and more years, sharing with them work experience, good work ethics, and safety consciousness, and building communication skills. W.F. Anderson, LLC upholds a highly respected, safe, work environment to benefit all involved at the job site whether it be a residential, commercial, or vacant land property being surveyed for ground breaking.
